Pleased to meet you! I live quite far from the Woodlands but Quakertown Quilts in the Woodlands sells my bag pattern. In answer to your Garment District question, it falls mainly between 34th and 42nd streets between 6th and 9th Avenues. The needle in the the button scuplture is located at 39th and 7th Avenue where I understand there’s an information kiosk. We found a lot of shops on 39th, but trust me, they’re all over that area.
