Did I say that I was going to drink champagne today??  Enough last night already…  🙂  And did I say that I was going to walk on the beach??  It’s pouring down rain!  Best laid plans…  Ah, but sew, cook, read, plan, organize and blog I can do.  Tried a new recipe–Black-Eyed Pea Soup for luck and I would definitely make it again.  Yum!  Also a batch of cornbread muffins with corn, shredded cheese, and bacon added.  I replied to a blog but wanted to include a picture, and still can’t seem to figure that one out.  Every year a New Years Resolution includes becoming more computer savvy and I am doing it little by little.  Now I’m headed to the sewing room for the best part of the day!  Happy New Year Everyone!
